My book duo 6tb stuck on yellow light

Can anybody help me please !!!

I have a my book duo live set to total space rather than mirror mode.  It cannot no longer be seen on my network.  When turned off and then turned back on the light goes blue then just hangs on yellow.  Does anybody have a fix for this. I have contacted WD and they say it is a possible corruption in the firmware? Please can anybody help me!!

Can this firmware be installed from boot up ?

No, it will have to be returned / RMA if it has anything to do with the firmware.  When you change raid mode, it may take awhile to convert.  Leave it on and plugged into the network for a day and see what happens.
