The Device worked fine until Last Friday I can’t find it from my computer and the front led is red. I tried changing the Ethernet Cord / turning it on and off / changing router / attach the device direct to my computer but the problem still exist and I can’t get access to my 2TB data AT ALL!!! Please help me !
Try connecting the power cable to another power socket, you can also call tech support for a replacement PSU, if that doesn’t help then you need to replace it.
