Like many users, I’ve backed up my files at first but haven’t done so in a while and now I’m scared that I lost documents such as emails, pictures, etc…
I’ve tried to push the reset button for a few seconds, nothing happened… Unplugged the drive for about 5 minutes, nothing…
Any suggestions on what can be done??? Thanks in advance!!!
