My 16TB G-RAID with Thunderbolt 3 can’t be accessed

Suddenly, my 16TB G-RAID drive when offline and can’t be mounted. I tried a different cable and connecting it to a different laptop without luck. I’m using Windows 10. I have very important documents on this drive and hence I’m not able to sleep :confounded: I created a support ticket with WD and waiting for them to get back to me.

By the way, the unit doesn’t shut down by pressing on the on-off button at the back, and light is white and steady.
