G-RAID 80TB Thunderbolt connection Doesn't work but USB 3.0 Does?

I’ve been trying to figure out why a G-RAID connects fine on one computer via thunder bolt, and it doesn’t on a different system. Are there any insights or settings I should check on this iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) OS Version 10.14.6 ? Thx
