Music list fails the update on the WDMyCloud App on iphone

After a transfer of my whole iTunes Media folder on my WD MyCloud Mirror, I have had access to the contents throught the app on my iphone.

After a complete change of this folder to clean the list of music, I  saw a strange behavior on my app : the list is correct if I select “all contents” but if I select music or photo, the list is a mix between the old and the new one…

I went to the admin dashboard to restore the db in the multimedia section. it worked for the photo but for the music, it still be impossible to have a correct list of music (artist, album or gender…). 

How could I do to reset the DB used by this app (I tried to clean the cache, to remove and install the app… no change)

Re-scan/Re-build the index via the Admin UI.

I did it twice without effect …

iTunes server is good, dlna is OK but the iphone app doesn’t refresh the music list !?!

Try changing the cache size in the app to 64GB and clearing it again. Then close the app, reboot your phone, open the app and try again.

Found it !!!

After tried many things, I finally rebooted the WDMyCloudMirror and now it works fine :slight_smile:

It seems the service didn’t actually work even if the information on the admin UI was good…
