Music AIFF files do not work either in iTunes nor playlist on Mycloud. Need help!

Wish to make playlist on Mycloud. It seems that only mp3 files works? If so I hope this can be changed.

From iTunes are only mp3, m4a and wav files showing up. Not AIFF? Change this?
