Hi guys. New to this thing; my first post actually.
I have search for “Web Viewer” but could not find anything to help me out. Most people are reporting missing files but I do not see anything at all.
Initially when I logged in to myCloud.com as one of the users I was able to see “Web Viewer” so i can see the files on the device. This menu item all of a sudden disappear.
How do I get it back.
@Doros The WebFile Viewer feature in the dashboard is not available for non admin users of the My Cloud.
Thank you but the problem is not that, I think.
Even the admin user does not have access to the Web File Viewer.
The same problem exists with the second user I created who has full access to all shares.
The thing is, at first I was able to see it when I logged in with any of the users I created but not the admin user. Now I do not see it for any of the users.
