I’ve had this NAS for a bit, use it mostly for local access, but I’ve been trying to share files with friends recently. Most of the time mycloud.com works fine for this, but in situations where mycloud is down/slow, I want to grant access to some via port-forwarding and web access.
I’ve set it up where my friends/family can access the drive via web, but the dashboard only shows Home and Downloads as tab options. There is no option for a web file viewer. Trying to see how to enable this because I can’t seem to find it anywhere…

Update:
I found that web file viewer is in fact enabled but it’s not accessible to the users from the dashboard.
I tried going to apps from the user in question, but no apps appear available to them.
