Web File Viewer Shares not avaiable

For the paste 3 days, my cloud ex4 users cannot view all read and read/write shares throught the Web File Viewer of the Dashboard.

Does any one have any ideias to why?

What has changed since the last time the shares were viewable/accessible? Is this happening with different Internet Browsers?

I have no idea to what was changed.

Simply, I became across with some users complaints for this issue.

The users can access this machine via NoIp DDNS and I’ve granted them necessary a user logon and a password and a read (or read write access) to a coulpe folders.

They came across with the main login page and can access the main panel for this WD Machine, but, when they try (and I’ve tested) to view the shares through the Web Viewer a simple line Shares is the only thing they can see.

I’ve already tried to recreate the users (by delete them and they respective folders, and creating again and rebooting a couple times) and the problem seems to be still happening to all, but one that is still working and I cannot see any differences between them?!

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

Hello Luis, I am seeing the same issue. Did you get any resolution from WD on this?
