As you see, some part are missing from the right and left sides! this happined when I watch something on old tv.
Is it from the tv or wd tv?
The problem is your Old TV’s “Overscan”

Only “2” things you can try …

On the WDTV go to      Setup > Appearance > Screen Size Calibration > 95%    (or 90%, 85% etc etc)

Buy a new TV without “Overscan” … eg. My Panasonic Plasma has an Option to switch Overscan On of Off)

Do you know any model of crt tv without overscan?
Your pictures aren’t conveying overscan.
Your pictures are conveying that one is WIDER than the other, but they’re both the same vertical display.
You need to make sure the WD TV is set to STANDARD output, not WIDESCREEN output.
