WD Mini TV Media Player

Hi There

My WD TV Mini Media Player produces a split screen on the tv monitor producing a duplicate picture side by side.

Please can someone advise why this is happening and how do I rectify the problem.I have tried my second identical

Media Player and the same thing is happening.Any advice would be appreciated.

That’s interesting…  Can you post a picture to Mediaspace or something so we can see?

My only guess is, are you in a PAL country, and the Mini is set to NTSC, or vice versa?
