I recently bought EX2 Ultra 8 TB.
I install Milestone Arcus and I tried to install my wireless IP Camera D-Link DCS 5020L, but it is not detected.
I tried to update my camera firmware and also re-install Milestone Arcus without any success.
So I try to manually add my camera using ip address with user name and password, but after it is added, I cannot do live streaming, the connection keep getting lost.
Anybody can help me with that?

Same here, RTSP works in VLC, but I have tried every combination of settings in Arcus software, it will only say “Camera connection lost”.
I’m getting irritated by the amount of none working software on the mycloud unit.
First Acronis backup solution isn’t actually free, then the Z-wave app is not compatible, and now this… Way to go WD.
I connect ONVIF cam and Arcus software only say “Camera connection lost”.

Milestone Arcus 2.4 went live this morning.
New Release - Milestone Arcus Version 2.4 (11/8/16)
The DCS-5020L is not on the list of supported devices for Arcus.
