Hi you all i have a strange problem on my wd mycloud ex2Ultra
I have only 2 cameras attached and still i cannot see them anymore and get the message that the license has expired.
I tried to remove the app from the wd completle and reinstall but that does not work, i get instantly my cameras back but still the message that the license has expired.
I rather do not want to do a factory reset becausse of all my data.
Ok i got rid of this piece off … i was lucky to get a full refund after 3 months and i now bought the synology ds216play. hope this is a better solution for me !!
WD Support is really bad for such a big company !!
I have the same problem. WD send me back to Milestone and visa versa many times. I opened several cases but without succes. Arcus Software is simply not supported anymore. Very bad communication from WD, misleading advertising and awefull support. Now I am stuck with a NAS (MyCloud EX2Utlra) that can’t store IP camara’s at all.
