MBL 2TB does not connect (light is steady green but still not accessible) Restart every time

Hi,

I have MBL 2TB and it was working fine until last week when it started giving this problem. The LED is stready Green but device is not accessible in the network. 

I have to restart the device device everytime to come out of this sleep mode. Please help as it is very annoying and I fear that one day I will lose the device due to these many force restarts.
