i have a mybooklive and pc broke so purchased a new pc but i am unable to acces mybooklive drive as its got an admin password which i have forgotten could anyone please help me unlock the drive without losing all the stored data on it.
please keep the instructions simple because im a bit simple when it comes to computers.

Couldn’t be simpler. ;)
With the drive powered up and online, press and HOLD the reset button for five seconds, then release.
The drive will reboot and the passwords will be cleared. It’l also set the network configuration back to default, but it will not delete any other configuration or data.
