hi guys, i dont know what happened but I dragged over a folder full of music files to my external passport Ultra 1tb version. I disconnect the drive then re connect it a day later and noticed the files I attached were gone.
One thing i noticed about these WD passports is they love to lose files for you.
Is there any way I can get these back??

Don’t use that hard drive for further use as it may lose your data forever. First, just download the Windows data recovery software and recover all your lost files. After getting all the files back just save them to a safe location. Once you get your files back, you can use your drive for further usage.
