Looking for second AC Adapter for WD My Cloud EX4100, Asian Power Devices, Inc., P/N DA-90F19

I have been unable to locate a second AC adapter for My Cloud EX4100 in WD Store. I am a bit amazed that WD doesn’t offer power supplies to support their units.

You can purchase aftermarket power supplies on Amazon or eBay, but this may void your warranty.

I found a few offerings, but unsure which would be correct as each has a different adapter plug size:

Adapter Plug Size: 5.5 x 1.7mm

USA Genuine APD NB-90B19 19V 4.74A 90W Asian Power Devices Inc.

Adapter Plug Size: 5.5 x 2.5mm

USA Genuine APD ViewSonic DA-90F19 NB-90A19 NB-90B19 19V 4.74A Ac Adapter for...

Have you try contacting WD Support about this? I believe that you can buy the power adapter through the support team.

I understand the original poster. Why do he has to contact support to purchase a regular spare part?
This should be widely available through amazon or such. Or at least on the WD website. I’m amazed there is no such offer…
