So I shut down mPR4100 moving to a new location and only seeing squares on the LCD screen when I rebooted. I rebooted one more time still the same

have you done a 4/40 sec reset? Also this could be the intel atom brick issue…Does it reboot about every 5 mins? if so its bricked…
Thought it was the DL or EX series that had the Atom problem ?
and I wait a while after a shutdown before removing power for a move
and power cable is last to un-plug as it has a ground .
ethernet and USB backup drives first then power.
