My Cloud EX4 LCD display does not showing any characters, but with some “blocks”, the back light is working fine, but I cannot read anything from the LCD display. Does anyone have similar issue?

Anyone knows the part number for the My Cloud EX4 LCD display and where to buy replacement parts?

You should check the warranty of the device and if it is under warranty then you can get a replacement.

No it is out of warranty, just wandering where can buy replacement part.
