Java Script Error on wd2go.com

Hello,

I m trying access our WD My Book Live Duo on wd2go.com web page with my email and password. I can see our live duo name XXXCLOUD, When I select after get Java error on loading.

We have last updated Java.

We have latest browsers. (Same all browsers Chrome, Explorer, Firefox)

How can we resolve this?

Hi,

Try with internet explorer and uninstall the java plugin and install that again.
