Issues with Xfinity Gateway warning on security

Have been receiving alerts about malicious attacks on our My Cloud that is connected to the Xfinity/Comcast Gateway (latest version - white with 4 ports).

Any additional security needed? The network is secured - password protected, but could there be a vulnerability?

In your MyCloud webpage,
Go to Settings >> General >> NTP Service, turn it off. Restart your router.
Worked for me.
