I have set up a MBL Duo on my Mac. I have an iPhone and iPad running the latest iOS. I’ve transferred my iTunes library onto the MBL and can access it fine from my computer, but when I try to access it from my iPad/iPhone using the WD 2Go Pro app, it doesn’t show any of the folders within the iTunes Media folder. Suggesting that it’s empty when I know that I have a folder for music, movies, and TV Shows. What gives? And why can’t I access my videos(from the Shared Videos folder) on any wifi network that is not my home network? Any help would be great. Thanks.

No dice. Basically, I created a private Share. In it, I created a folder marked Movies. Inside the folder are all the folders of the movies I own, but on the WD 2Go Pro app, I don’t see these folders. Why? Can’t seem to find an answer in these forums or anywhere. Getting a little agitated since its supposed to be my own personal cloud that I can’t seem to customize. Something seems wrong here.
Problem solved. It seems as though you can’t change the folder icons to something cusom.
How did you solve It? I have a folder, and several folders inside it. There’s one particular folder which keeps being showed as empty. If I acces it from my Mac, I can see what’s inside. But from the iPhone and iPad apps looks like it is empty. I tried creating another folder, and moving all the content from the original folder to the new one, and still the same thing is happening. I run the latest OS both in iPhone as in iPad. Thanks!
