IP scheme change lost iscsi target

I recently set up a RAID5 Plus Spare on a 192.168.x.x network.
I created the iscsi link and could see it and moved files there
Then I changed providers and that router dispenses 10.0.0.x addresses.
The drive disappeared from Windows Explorer. I rebooted the NAS and it picked up a 10.0.0.x address, but I still don’t see the drive in Windows Explorer. I can log onto it through a web browser, but I don’t know what I have to do to get it accessible in WE again without losing what I’ve already put there. the Storage tab indicates iscsi is on but there are no initiators connected to the target that I created .
