Invalid S/N: Impossible to reach support

I’m trying to reach support regarding a 4TB My Passport with bad blocks. The S/N shows up invalid… which means I can’t even reach support! Byzantine system.

Can someone direct me (to a link hopefully) where I can actually contact WD to request an RMA?
