Installing Acronis True Image for My Cloud

I was trying to install the Acronis True Image for My Cloud. However, when I tried to install the software, I was told that I have not attached any WD devices to my computer (which is apparently not, as I can already notice “WDMyCloud” from “This PC”. What should I do?

P.S. I have installed Smartware Pro before, and it was totally fine.

The My Cloud is a network attached storage device (NAS). It is not like a hard drive that is attached via USB to your computer or an internal hard drive. That software apparently will not work unless you have an internal or external WD hard drive (not NAS).
