There is no 9 digit code for My Cloud … 9 digit code is Only used for My Cloud Home.

There are bugs galour in here … I was also asked for 9 digit code … this is the worst new product user experience I’ve had in years … am about to throw it out in the junk after days of battling to get this thing to work. It’s shocking
As indicated above the single bay My Cloud units (general subject of this subforum) do not have a 9 digit activation code. The My Cloud Home does. The My Cloud Home is a completely different device with different features/options than the single bay My Cloud line.
I know that … but it seems that the WD systems don’t
