Greetings to all, I have a Windows 10 64–bit and has current updates. I sign in to unlock.exe but for some reason the sign in will not stay active. to access the My book external hard drive. I resign in and the same thing happens again.Thank you.

If you updated Windows 10 to Anniversary version, it will not recognize SSD drives. I had similar problem with Passport (backup). I did a Recovery, which restore the previous version of Windows 10 and everything works OK.
