I created one private share on My Book Live 3TB. I cannot access it. I input correct username and password, and I still cannot access it. I have set user privileges to allow me to access and make changes to the private share, but I still cannot access it. I have looked through the message boards and do not understand the necessary steps to take in order to solve this issue. Please help! Thank you.
Try changing the user password to for the private share, check page 78 of the manual.
