Book live 2TB access problem from windows7

Hi 

I have problem with my WD book live 2TB that i can’t access Private Access Share, other public access share dont have any problem.

I’ve checked the users, I also created new private access share with new user but still have the same problem.

Need your help please

Did you checked the security settings? If so, you can try to perform a factory restore.
