I am struggling to transfer data from the duo to the new nas I bought. I have access to both drives through the My Cloud Home and My Cloud apps, but I do not know how to download data or move data between the 2 apps
There is a dedicated subforum for both devices. This subforum (My Cloud) generally discussed a different model, the single bay/single drive My Cloud.

If either device doesn’t have the capability to copy large numbers of files either within it’s mobile apps or within it’s administration interface (for the PR4100 that would be the My Cloud Dashboard > Apps) then one will likely have to use dragging and dropping of files between the two devices using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder. If using a computer make sure it is using a wired Ethernet network connection for best possible speed rather than WiFi. Another method of transferring files is to copy files to a USB hard drive attached to the My Cloud Home then move that USB drive over to the PR2100 and copy the files off the USB drive.
