How to stop a WD Blue from spinning down

How do is stop the following harddrive : WD Blue 1 TB Mobile Hard Drive: 2.5 Inch, 5400 RPM, SATA II, 8 MB Cache - WD10JPVT from spinning down?

My games lag while this thing spins up. I’ve already tried to change the HDD power settings in windows but that hasn’t fixed the spin up issues.
