Files deleted on the MyCloud don’t go to the recycle bin (because there isn’t one). That’s fairly normal for a network file server (file servers at work all behave like this: only disks attached directly to the PC use the recycle bin.
The single bay My Cloud units/firmware does not have a “Recycle Bin” option.
