How to manual install Plex server on EX4

I already have Plex on my EX4 but I need to update it. I have an upgrade file but when I try manual install via web interface on EX4 it can’t find the file on my LAN.

I tend to rely on the community if the matter is not urgent. Does anyone use PLEX on an EX4?
