How to delete a old cloud account

I had to get a replacement cloud. When I set my new cloud home up it keeps wanting to take me to my old account. Also I want to use my email from my old account but had to use another email that I don’t use hardly at all so I could activate my new home cloud. Hope I explained it ok. Thanks
