Deleting and adding a cloud system

Hi, I had a problem with my initial my cloud home system, and needed to return it! … so I now have my new one… but I can’t find anywhere on the app or webpage to delete my old storage device and add my new one!!

Very frustrating! I’m not too happy with this device yet!!

Any ideas?

Well after speaking to a support member, my only option was to create a new account,
apparently you can’t have more than one drive on an account or remove and old one to add a new, slightly disappointed,
