How to delete one and add a new one

Im registered with an old My Cloud home. I had to give it back and got a new one cause it was not working after a couple of hours. Now I got a new one but it still shows the old one in my Account. How can I delete the old cloud and how can I find the new one?

Open a support ticket with WD support and they can remove the old MCH from your account.
