Hello,
I need to move WDMycloud from one hose to another one. This means that I have to change the interent network my device connects to. Could someone tell me what to do ?

Hi @pacabba60,
My Cloud devices are set to DHCP by default and should automatically receive an IP address and establish an Internet connection once connected to the router.
If the My Cloud is not accessible after replacing the router, changing internet service providers (ISP) or relocating the My Cloud to a different network.
