How to backup windows 10 on my My Cloud Home

Hello,

I’m trying for months now to backup my laptop in my cloud home.
(That was one of the reason why i bought it)
The only support i get from WD was this link My Cloud Home: Backup a Windows or macOS Computer who sounds completely Chinese to me!
Can someone explain me a little bit better?
