Hello all
I am trying to re add some devices to a WD my cloud. I have to download of course the new app to these devices.
Some will not work due to they do not support the newer OS5.
Other devices will, I have this issue.
I am already registered with WD and using all devices with OS3, however since update OS5 none work.
So try to log in, why you have to unsure - issues are I cannot login
, I ask for new password. None given as in checked junk bin nothing there.
Also tried to register as a newbie see screen grab please.
