I don’t know how yo do It. In the past, It was very easy. In the configuration panel/device, three points on the top- right. Now, I can’t find those three points.
Before sending you my message, I had read the Usera manual, which you have sent me. The problem is that currently, as you can see in the screenshot that I attach, the option “users” does not appear, which would allow you to delete a user.
Thank you.
You should add user through the mobile or Web app (browser) at …home.mycloud.com/settings/users_add
The documentation is here: How to Invite and Remove Users on My Cloud Home
I know what is the problem. I don’t know why the e_mail “Owner” of the device has changed. Now, is the e_mail of another user.
How can I to restore my e_mail, as “Owner”?
I can access to the other account, because I have got the password.
The problem is solved. The reason why it was possible to manage users was that my account had been downgraded from “Owner” to “user”. To return to being “Owner”, I have pressed the “reset” button for 35 seconds (less than 50, which would cause an erasure of the disk) and then I have logged in with the e_mail that I want to convert to “Owner”, in the following WEB link: My Cloud Home: Change Device Owner or Device Owner Email Address -change-device-Owner.
From that moment, the device has understood that the email with which I have identified, is the one corresponding to the “Owner”.
