How do I reset my user name and password?

I have mislaid my user name and pass word for my WD TV Live Streaming

Hello, you should be able to reset it by pressing the “reset” button that is a the bottom of the unit.

Thanks for the info; I’ve pressed the reset button, but to no effect, the unit still wants my user name & password, even after I’ve reset with a new user name & password. Any other ideas.

Mike, thanks for your info; I did as you said, but still no joy. I only use the device for videos & Netflix, but have found a way to get around the problem and hook up with my videos another way.
