How can I get WD to respond?

It seems that tech support has given up on us.  We have been through multiple RMAs and calls and still the product does not work.  They promise to call back but then never do.  Is there anything else that we can do?  We have only had this product for about two months and it has been a nightmare.

You can do absolutely nothing on this forum if you cannot describe what you are trying to do and the issues you have.  If you cannot be accurate in your description, your chances of assistance are very poor.

Which should be no surprise.
