How can I backup system files using WD My Cloud?

The Smartware Pro software doesn’t give this option (not on my XP SP3).

I know I can do a backup by selecting individual files, but why not a whole system (Smartware’s catagory)?

My system files are 60 gb (Smartware’s description).

You can’t - by design it will skip system files and only backup user data.

To do a full back up, you’ll need to use another product (even Windows own built-in backup programs) or a disk imaging product.
