How can i access this directory on pr4100

hello. i have another big issue, i run win 10 and i try to get Access to the root of mycloud pr4100. but no luck so far.

i Need Access over win this Folder:

/mnt/HD/HD_a2/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/

can anyone help me?

You can try a program like Win SCP to access the LINUX root files. You would need to enable SSH on the MyCloud and then use Win SCP to login. I prefer it to Putty since it uses a simple GUI interface. Word of warning though, modifying anything through SSH would probably void your warranty if you mess something up.

hi. i enabeld ssh but when i Login as admin i only see root and ist empty… i just want add some plex bundles…
