Backing up plex media server files

HI, i have a pr2100 and i was wondering how i can access the root directory to backup my plex server files (not the media).

yes, i would like to backup the plex application config files so that way in case something happens to my library, i can restore it. sorry i wasn’t clear. i am using the default web browser within the admin website that connects to my server.
