How do I ACTUALLY NAVIGATE to the location of the Plex Media Server data (/mnt/HD/HD_a2/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/) on WD My Cloud Ex2 (not Ultra) in order to back it up? In the FAQ’s I found where it’s located & that I might also want to back up a Preferences.xml document, but I can’t seem to find a way to ACTUALLY NAVIGATE there.
I’ve tried just pasting that path in behind the IP address, but it couldn’t find it. Also see no way in the My Cloud EX2, or in the Plex Media Server to navigate there.
There must be something I don’t know about how to actually get there, in order to zip it, & copy it elsewhere.
Any ideas?
