Horrible service and not reliable product

i bought a brand new caviar black 4tb and he died 3 month later… got RMA and received a defective  refurbished 3 weeks later who died 3 days later, it took so long because a multinational company like wd had not my product in stock  and meanwhile they try to give me a wd-re instead of my black as a similar product, which is not similar at all (performance desktop hdd vs datacenter hdd) when i refused it they offered me worse… A RED wow!!! amazing knowledge in their own products.

i’m still fighting with them because i don’t want their product anymore in my pc i just want my money back. they are not reliable and they don’t want to satisfy you as we deserve.

i don’t want to lose my time every month (because their hdd will fail every month) until my warranty expired.

I will never ever even consider a WD product. And I will make sure that no one I know or influence will either.
