Home Duo "can't find device"

Received my Home Duo yesterday, connected to my router, and downloaded the My Cloud Home app.

My router can see the device.

When I try to set up I get a message " can’t find device". I then try again and are prompted for the 9 digit device code. After entering the code off the card I get a message " oops something is not matching up. Did you type the code correctly".

I tried the 60 second reset but no change.

Front of device is showing slow pulse.

I left device connected and switched on for 24 hours in case it was trying a software update.

Any suggestions what to do next?.

Please see this thread and the KBA link that followed it. Know the possibility that the MCH Duo may need to be replaced by WD if the error continues.
