My old WDTV live plus can receive high sample rate FLAC files (96Khz or 192Khz) from my computer via WiFi and pass them on via the optical output to the separate DAC in my audio system but it reduces the sampling rate to 48Khz. Does the latest WD player pass through high resolution files without lowering the sampling rate?
